Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4–10 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods. If there is a significant delay with your order, I will contact you by email.
Shipping Methods
I offer several shipping options depending on your location and order size.
Standard Mail (No Tracking)
A more affordable option for lightweight items such as stickers, sticky notes, and small notepads.
Tracked Shipping
Recommended for larger orders or if you prefer tracking for your package.
Orders are shipped from Montreal, Canada using Chit Chats, which partners with carriers such as Canada Post and USPS depending on the destination.
Please note that Standard Mail does not include tracking, and once the order leaves my studio, I cannot guarantee its delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, customs processing, or holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, I will do my best to correct the address.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
Returns
I accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. For more details, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, I will refund the out-of-stock item and ship the remaining items in your order.
International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped from Canada.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in the United States, orders valued under $800 USD are typically not subject to import duties under current regulations, but this may change and remains at the discretion of US Customs.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any refund.
