Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Canada.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • Standard Mail (No Tracking) – an affordable option for small items such as stickers, sticky notes, and notepads.

  • Express Shipping – the fastest delivery option available.

I ship orders using Chit Chats, which partners with carriers such as Canada Post and USPS, depending on the destination.

Lost or Delayed Mail

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting me, as postal delays can occasionally occur. If your order still hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of small stationery items, I generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will gladly help resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
