Thank you for shopping with Miss Mystica Design. Every order is packed with care from Montréal, Canada.
Due to the nature of small stationery items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Items that have been used, opened, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Sale items, clearance items, or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
- A short description of the issue
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Lost or delayed packages
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service, destination, customs, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

We will review the situation and help find the best solution.
For orders shipped without tracking, delivery updates may not be available once the package has been mailed.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If the package is not returned to us, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
